In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Denver East Angels soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Heritage Eagles.
The Angels (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO). The Eagles go into the non-league outing with a 1-3 record. In their last outing, Pine Creek was edged by Air Academy (US Air Force Academy, CO), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Eagles play the Arapahoe Warriors (Centennial, CO) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, September 12. Heritage will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Warriors go into the outing with a 3-3 record after their 5-1 non-league win over Adams City (Commerce City, CO).
