South Dakota High School Volleyball - Tripp-Delmont/Armour overwhelmed by Avon

Avon Pirates (Avon, SD) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Tripp-Delmont/Armour Nighthawks (Armour, SD), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Avon improves its record to 1-5 on the season. The Pirates host Alcester-Hudson (Alcester, SD) to face the Cubs in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Cubs go into the test with a record of 1-6. Alcester-Hudson lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Sioux Falls Lutheran (Sioux Falls, SD)

The Nighthawks now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kimball/White Lake for a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. Tripp-Delmont/Armour will face a Wildkats squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Burke (Burke, SD). The Wildkats record now stands at 1-7.
