The Cyclones (13-1) will now prepare for their contest against Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA). The Falcons enter the non-league contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Aplington-Parkersburg was beaten by Dike-New Hartford (Dike, IA), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Pirates meet the West Marshall Trojans (State Center, IA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 14. Hudson will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record. The Trojans enter the contest with a 1-8 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Prairie City-Monroe (Monroe, IA).
