In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Douglas Eagles volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Lawrence County Red Devils.

The Eagles (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Albertville (Albertville, AL). The Aggies come into the non-league challenge with a 13-4 record.

Next, the Red Devils meet the Crossville Lions (Crossville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 10. Lawrence County will attempt to upgrade on its 14-10 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to West End (Walnut Grove, AL).
