In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Grayslake Central Rams volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Niles North Vikings.

The Rams (9-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Round Lake (Round Lake, IL). The Panthers come into the Northern Lake County challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Round Lake was nudged by Waukegan (Waukegan, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Vikings play the Wauconda Bulldogs (Wauconda, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 11. Niles North will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Niles North (Skokie, IL).
