The Walnut Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Los Altos Conquerors to 2 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Mustangs now have a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Claremont for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 12. Walnut will play a Wolfpack team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Chino Hills (Chino Hills, CA). The Wolfpack record now stands at 4-9.

With the loss, Los Altos drops to 8-9 on the campaign. The Conquerors travel to La Serna (Whittier, CA) to play the Lancers in a non-league outing on Friday, September 13. The Lancers come into the outing with a record of 13-8. La Serna won 3-0 in their recent league outing against El Rancho (Pico Rivera, CA)
