The Mesa Vista Trojans volleyball squad (Ojo Caliente, NM), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Pecos Panthers (Pecos, NM)

With the win, Pecos improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to Mora (Mora, NM) to encounter the Rangers/Rangerettes in a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 11. The Rangers/Rangerettes go into the battle with a record of 1-5. Mora won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Wagon Mound (Wagon Mound, NM)
