With the win, Minneola improves its record to 2-5 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Meade (Meade, KS) to face the Buffaloes in a Southern Plains-Iroquois test on Tuesday, September 10. The Buffaloes go into the test with a record of 4-2. Meade won 2-0 in their recent league test against Satanta (Satanta, KS)

The Pirates now own a 0-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Weskan for a non-league test on Friday, September 13. Rolla will face a Coyotes squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Cheylin (Bird City, KS). The Coyotes record now stands at 2-7.
