In Tuesday's non-league match, the Seaholm/Groves Maples (Birmingham, MI) volleyball squad tipped the visiting Trenton Trojans (Trenton, MI), by a count of 2-1.
Next up, the Maples battle the Franklin Patriots (Livonia, MI) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 12. Seaholm/Groves will attempt to move on its 3-8 season record. The Patriots enter the match with a 2-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Wayne Memorial (Wayne, MI).
