The Sinton Pirates volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Skidmore-Tynan Bobcats to 2 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Pirates now have a 13-10 record. They play next when they host George West for a non-league outing on Friday, September 13. Sinton will play a Longhorns team coming off a 3-2 league win over Aransas Pass (Aransas Pass, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 4-13.

With the loss, Skidmore-Tynan drops to 15-6 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Ray (Corpus Christi, TX) to play the Texans in a 5A Region IV District 29 outing on Tuesday, September 17. The Texans come into the outing with a record of 2-13.
