In Wednesday's non-league outing, the visiting Fort Zumwalt East Lions soccer squad scored a tight 5-2 triumph over the Christian Brothers Cadets.

With the triumph, Fort Zumwalt East advances its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Lions host Fort Zumwalt North (O'Fallon, MO) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Cadets now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Collinsville for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. Christian Brothers will play a Kahoks squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to O'Fallon (O'Fallon, IL). The Kahoks record now stands at 1-4.
