The GALA Goddesses were victorious over the visiting Foshay Wolverines flag football team by a score of 13-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Goddesses face the Bell Eagles (Bell, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 10. GALA will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 28-0 non-league loss to Eagle Rock (Los Angeles, CA).
The Wolverines (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Dr. Maya Angelou Community (Los Angeles, CA). The Phoenix enter the Exposition challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Dr. Maya Angelou Community topped Stella High Charter Academy (Los Angeles, CA), 38-13, in a league outing.
