The Warrior Run Defenders soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Lewisburg Green Dragons to 0 in the Defenders non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Defenders now hold a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Mifflinburg for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 13. Warrior Run will face a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 league win over Jersey Shore (Jersey Shore, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-3.

The Green Dragons (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Central Mountain (Mill Hall, PA). The Wildcats come into the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Central Mountain by Midd-West (Middleburg, PA), 3-0, in a league game.
