Next, the Crusaders meet the Ambassador Christian School Lions (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league test, on Monday, September 22. Cardinal Gibbons will attempt to upgrade on its 4-0 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 0-1 record after their 30-8 non-league loss to Providence Day (Charlotte, NC).

With the defeat, Southeast Raleigh drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Garner (Garner, NC) to face the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 18. The Trojans go into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Garner won 14-0 in their recent non-league challenge against D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC)
