The Williams Bulldogs soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Bishop McGuinness Villains to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Bulldogs now hold a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southeast Alamance for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 24.
The Villains (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC). The Grizzlies enter the non-league game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Oak Grove was nipped by East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC), 1-0, in a non-league game.
