The Mustangs (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Crystal Lake Central (Crystal Lake, IL). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Crystal Lake Central tipped Woodstock North (Woodstock, IL), 4-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Red Devils battle the New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 13. Hinsdale Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Trevians enter the battle with a 4-3 record after their 2-0 league win over Evanston (Evanston, IL).
