With the triumph, North Buncombe advances its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Black Hawks travel to Crest (Shelby, NC) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 26. The Chargers come into the test with a record of 1-1. Crest lost 4-2 in their recent non-league test against North Gaston (Dallas, NC)

The Patriots now have a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Tuscola for a non-league outing on Monday, August 25. Madison will play a Mountaineers squad coming off a 2-2 non-league Murphy (Murphy, NC). The Mountaineers record now stands at 0-1.
