Science Leadership Academy at Beeber Rockets (Philadelphia, PA) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their soccer squad triumph over the visiting Tacony Academy Charter Lions (Philadelphia, PA), 9-2 in a league outing.

The Rockets (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Prep Charter (Philadelphia, PA). The Huskies go into the non-league outing with a 3-0 record. In their last outing, Prep Charter got by Parkway Northwest (Philadelphia, PA), 4-1, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Lions confront the Boys' Latin Charter Warriors (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league outing, on Friday, September 12. Tacony Academy Charter will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record.
