Wadley Bulldogs (Wadley, AL) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Alabama School for the Deaf Silent Warriors (Talladega, AL), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Wadley improves its record to 5-1 on the season. The Bulldogs host Winterboro (Alpine, AL) to encounter the Bulldogs in a 1A Area 8 test on Thursday, September 11. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 3-3. Winterboro won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Talladega (Talladega, AL)

The Silent Warriors now own a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Indiana School for the Deaf for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Alabama School for the Deaf will meet a Deaf Hoosiers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Indiana Math & Science Academy North (Indianapolis, IN). The Deaf Hoosiers record now stands at 8-3.
