The Anderson County Bearcats volleyball squad (Lawrenceburg, KY), dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Western Hills Wolverines (Frankfort, KY)

With the win, Western Hills improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Franklin County (Frankfort, KY) to encounter the Flyers in a non-league battle on Friday, September 12. The Flyers go into the contest with a record of 8-7. Franklin County won 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against Madison Central (Richmond, KY)

Next, the Bearcats meet the Woodford County Yellowjackets (Versailles, KY) in a District 30 contest, on Thursday, September 11. Anderson County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the contest with a 5-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Trinity Christian Academy (Lexington, KY).
