The Animo Pat Brown Gryphons volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Esperanza College Prep Guerreros to 1 in the Gryphons non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Gryphons now have a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Neuwirth Leadership Academy for a non-league outing on Friday, September 12. Animo Pat Brown will confront a Boxers squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to New Designs University Park (Los Angeles, CA). The Boxers record now stands at 1-5.

The Guerreros (3-2) will now prepare for their game against East College Prep (Los Angeles, CA). The Spartans go into the non-league game with a 1-4 record.
