In Wednesday's league bout, the Holy Redeemer Royals (Wilkes-Barre, PA) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Dallas Mountaineers (Dallas, PA), by a margin of 3-1.

The Royals now possess a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Susquehanna for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 13. Holy Redeemer will clash with a Sabers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Dunmore (Dunmore, PA). The Sabers record now stands at 4-4.

With the loss, Dallas drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Mountaineers travel to Crestwood (Mountain Top, PA) to clash with the Comets in a Wyoming Valley bout on Thursday, September 11. The Comets come into the bout with a record of 3-0.
