In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Lawrenceville Indians volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Flora Wolves.
The Indians (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Richland County (Olney, IL). The Tigers enter the Little Illini challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Richland County was beaten by Newton (Newton, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Wolves now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lebanon for a non-league test on Saturday, September 13. Flora will face a Greyhounds squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Marissa/Coulterville (Marissa, IL). The Greyhounds record now stands at 0-11.
