Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the McKean Highlanders (Wilmington, DE) and the host Howard Wildcats (Wilmington, DE), observed McKean's volleyball team top Howard by a count of 3-0.

The Highlanders (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against William Penn (New Castle, DE). The Colonials go into the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, William Penn was defeated by Hodgson Vo-Tech (Newark, DE), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

The Wildcats now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to DuPont for a Blue Hen - Flight B battle on Monday, September 15. Howard will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Conrad Science (Wilmington, DE). The Tigers record now stands at 0-1.
