The Cougars (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Landry (New Orleans, LA). The Buccaneers enter the non-league contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Landry was knocked off by Warren Easton (New Orleans, LA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

The Hurricanes now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host McDonogh 35 for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 16.
