The Middlebury Tigers topped the host Missisquoi Valley Thunderbirds volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Wednesday's league game.
Next up, the Tigers confront the Mt. Mansfield Cougars (Jericho, VT) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 12. Middlebury will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Cougars go into the game with a 2-1 record after their 3-1 league win over Montpelier (Montpelier, VT).
The Thunderbirds (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Vermont Commons (South Burlington, VT). The go into the Division 2 game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Vermont Commons was dropped by Randolph (Randolph, VT), 3-0, in a league game.
