Brooklyn Hurricanes (Brooklyn, OH) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Mapleton Mounties (Ashland, OH), 5-3 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Hurricanes confront the Loudonville Redbirds (Loudonville, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 16. Brooklyn will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record.
The Mounties now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Peter's for a Mid-Buckeye challenge on Monday, September 20.
