London Red Raiders (London, OH) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Shawnee Braves (Springfield, OH), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Red Raiders face the Jonathan Alder Pioneers (Plain City, OH) in a Central Buckeye - Kenton Trail challenge, on Monday, September 18. London will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Pioneers enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Benjamin Logan (Bellefontaine, OH).
The Braves now have a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they host Greenon for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 16. Shawnee will face a Knights team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Botkins (Botkins, OH). The Knights record now stands at 6-1.
