In Monday's league battle, the host Northern Huskies soccer squad scored a close 5-0 win over the Rockwood Rockets.
The Huskies (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Mountain Ridge (Frostburg, MD). The Miners go into the Appalachian Mountain Athletic Conference battle with a 0-0 record.
The Rockets (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against North Star (Boswell, PA). The Cougars go into the Inter County - South battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, North Star was overwhelmed by Windber (Windber, PA), 4-0, in a league battle.
