Northside - Jacksonville Monarchs (Jacksonville, NC) supporters were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Croatan Cougars (Newport, NC), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Monarchs confront the Dixon Bulldogs (Holly Ridge, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 12. Northside - Jacksonville will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 6-4 non-league loss to Topsail (Hampstead, NC).
