In Monday's non-league battle, the host Whitney Young Dolphins soccer squad scored a close 5-0 triumph over the North Grand Eagle Owls.
The Dolphins (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Marine Leadership Academy (Chicago, IL). The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Marine Leadership Academy was overwhelmed by Von Steuben (Chicago, IL), 4-0, in a league test.
With the loss, North Grand drops to 0-4 on the season. The Eagle owls travel to Prosser (Chicago, IL) to meet the Falcons in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 13. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 1-5. Prosser lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Mather (Chicago, IL)
