The Elkhorn South Storm softball team (Omaha, NE), was tipped 2-1 in Monday's league test with the visiting Norfolk Panthers (Norfolk, NE)
Coming up next, the Panthers encounter the Kearney Bearcats (Kearney, NE) in a A District test, on Tuesday, September 12. Norfolk will attempt to improve on its 10-4 season record. The Bearcats enter the test with a 7-9 record after their 17-7 league loss to Lincoln North Star (Lincoln, NE).
The Storm (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE). The Monarchs enter the A District test with a 12-5 record. In their last test, Papillion-LaVista was tipped by Gretna (Gretna, NE), 4-1, in a non-league test.
