The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Central Private Redhawks (Baker, LA) and the host Ascension Christian (Gonzales, LA), saw Central Private's volleyball squad beat Ascension Christian by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Central Private upgrades its record to 10-0 on the year. The Redhawks host Loranger (Loranger, LA) to play the Wolves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 12. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 5-3.

The now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to St. John for a Division V District 3 bout on Wednesday, September 13. Ascension Christian will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to West Feliciana (St. Francisville, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-4.
