In Monday's non-league battle, the host Oswego East Wolves volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Aurora East Tomcats.
The Wolves (3-8) will now prepare for their battle against IC Catholic Prep (Elmhurst, IL). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, IC Catholic Prep achieved victory over Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Tomcats encounter the Bartlett Hawks (Bartlett, IL) in a Upstate Eight battle, on Tuesday, September 12. Aurora East will attempt to advance on its 1-7 season record. The Hawks come into the battle with a 9-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL).
