The Marshall Bobcats volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Bergman Panthers to 0 in the Bobcats non-league victory on Monday.
The Bobcats now have a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Joseph for a 2A North game on Tuesday, September 12. Marshall will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Quitman (Quitman, AR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-3.
The Panthers (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Salem (Salem, AR). The Greyhounds enter the 3A Northwest game with a 5-6 record. In their last game, Salem dropped by Harding Academy (Searcy, AR), 3-0, in a league game.
