Kentucky High School Volleyball - Bourbon County can't hold off Western Hills

The Bourbon County Colonels volleyball team (Paris, KY), was edged 3-2 in Monday's non-league challenge with the visiting Western Hills Wolverines (Frankfort, KY)

The Wolverines (9-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Anderson County (Lawrenceburg, KY). The Bearcats come into the non-league challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Anderson County was edged by Woodford County (Versailles, KY), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Colonels encounter the Paris Greyhounds (Paris, KY) in a District 40 challenge, on Wednesday, September 13. Bourbon County will attempt to move on its 5-11 season record. The Greyhounds come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY).
