The Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) volleyball were winner over the host Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC), 3-1 in Monday's non-league outing.

With the win, Cardinal Gibbons betters its record to 4-3 on the year. The Crusaders host Broughton (Raleigh, NC) to face the Capitals in a Cap Six 4A outing on Thursday, September 14. The Capitals go into the outing with a record of 3-6. Broughton won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Knightdale (Knightdale, NC)

The Wildcats now sport a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Knightdale for a Northern Athletic 4A outing on Tuesday, September 12. Millbrook will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Southeast Raleigh (Raleigh, NC). The Knights record now stands at 0-9.
