The Clifton Mustangs volleyball team (Clifton, NJ), was dropped 2-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host DePaul Catholic Spartans (Wayne, NJ)

The Spartans (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Paramus Catholic (Paramus, NJ). The Paladins enter the Big North - United challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Paramus Catholic was dropped by Cliffside Park (Cliffside Park, NJ), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the Bergen Tech Knights (Hackensack, NJ) in a North Jersey Tri-County B challenge, on Wednesday, September 13. Clifton will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Morris County Tech (Denville, NJ).
