The Wayne City Indians topped the visiting Crab Orchard Trojans volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.

The Indians now have a 2-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sandoval for a Midland Trail test on Tuesday, September 12. Wayne City will confront a Blackhawks team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City (Cowden, IL). The Blackhawks record now stands at 0-2.

The Trojans (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Carrier Mills-Stonefort (Carrier Mills, IL). The Wildcats enter the Greater Egyptian test with a 8-0 record. In their last test, Carrier Mills-Stonefort gained a win over Eldorado (Eldorado, IL), 2-0, in a non-league test.
