The Kent-Meridian Royals topped the host Decatur Golden Gators volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Monday's league test.

The Royals now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kentlake for a 3A/4A N. Puget Sound (Cascade) test on Wednesday, September 13. Kent-Meridian will confront a Falcons team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Gig Harbor (Gig Harbor, WA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-3.

The Golden Gators (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Tahoma (Maple Valley, WA). The Bears enter the 3A/4A N. Puget Sound (Cascade) test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Tahoma gained a win over Emerald Ridge (South Hill, WA), 3-1, in a non-league test.
