The Penn Yan Academy Mustangs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Newark Reds to 0 in the Mustangs league victory on Monday.
The Mustangs now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Seneca for a non-league game on Thursday, September 14.
The Reds (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Palmyra-Macedon (Palmyra, NY). The Red Raiders enter the Section 5 Finger Lakes - East game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Palmyra-Macedon dropped by Geneva (Geneva, NY), 3-0, in a league game.
