The Roosevelt Teddies volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Simley Spartans to 2 in the Teddies non-league victory on Monday.

The Teddies now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Croix Prep for a non-league game on Thursday, September 14. Roosevelt will meet a Lions team coming off a 3-0 league loss to New Life Academy (Woodbury, MN). The Lions record now stands at 4-4.

The Spartans (5-4) will now prepare for their game against Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN). The Pioneers enter the Metro East game with a 5-7 record. In their last game, Hill-Murray was nudged by Highland Park (St. Paul, MN), 3-2, in a non-league game.
