Hononegah Indians (Rockton, IL) followers went home pleased Wednesday as they saw their flag football team nip the host Harlem Huskies (Machesney Park, IL), 18-12 in a league battle.

With the win, Hononegah advances its record to 4-0 on the season. The Indians travel to Belvidere North (Belvidere, IL) to encounter the Blue Thunder in a battle on Monday, September 16. The Blue Thunder go into the battle with a record of 0-4. Belvidere North lost 19-12 in their recent non-league battle against Lakes (Lake Villa, IL)

The Huskies now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Boylan Catholic for a battle on Monday, September 16. Harlem will encounter a Titans team coming off a 18-6 league loss to Jefferson (Rockford, IL). The Titans record now stands at 0-4.
