Mountain View Mavericks (Meridian, ID) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Meridian Warriors (Meridian, ID), 6-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Mountain View advances its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Mavericks travel to Eagle (Eagle, ID) to clash with the Mustangs in a 6A Southern Idaho test on Saturday, September 14. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 3-0. Eagle won 13-0 in their recent league test against Ridgevue (Nampa, ID)

The Warriors now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eagle for a 6A Southern Idaho test on Monday, September 16. Meridian will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 3-1 league win over Mountain View (Meridian, ID). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-0.
