The Broome Centurions got by the visiting Emerald Vikings football team by a score of 22-15 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Centurions play the Woodruff Wolverines (Woodruff, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Broome will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record.
The Vikings (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Strom Thurmond (Johnston, SC). The Rebels go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Strom Thurmond was edged by North Augusta (North Augusta, SC), 28-0, in a non-league challenge.
