In Wednesday's non-league outing, the visiting Seneca Red Hawks soccer squad scored a tight 5-1 victory over the Central Yellow Jackets.

The Red Hawks (1-9) will now prepare for their match against Waggener (Louisville, KY). The Wildcats enter the District 27 battle with a 4-5 record. In their last battle, Waggener by Atherton (Louisville, KY), 2-1, in a league battle.

Next up, the Yellow Jackets confront the Francis Parker Wyverns (Louisville, KY) in a District 25 battle, on Thursday, September 12. Central will attempt to improve on its 0-10 season record. The Wyverns enter the battle with a 1-6 record after their 3-1 non-league win over North Bullitt (Shepherdsville, KY).
