Colorado High School Softball - Castle View Chaparral

Chaparral Wolverines (Parker, CO) backers left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Castle View Sabercats (Castle Rock, CO), 9-6 in a league game.

With the triumph, Chaparral upgrades its record to 5-7 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Mountain Vista (Highlands Ranch, CO) to play the Golden Eagles in a 5A/4A Continental game on Monday, September 16. The Golden Eagles enter the game with a record of 2-11. Mountain Vista lost 3-2 in their recent non-league game against Cherry Creek (Greenwood Village, CO)

The Sabercats now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Highlands Ranch for a 5A/4A Continental game on Friday, September 13. Castle View will play a Falcons squad coming off a 6-4 non-league loss to Discovery Canyon (Colorado Springs, CO). The Falcons record now stands at 3-8.
