Maryland High School Volleyball - Crossland tips Central

In Wednesday's league challenge, the visiting Crossland Cavaliers volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Central Falcons.

The Cavaliers (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Douglass (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Eagles enter the Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Douglass was tipped by Annapolis (Annapolis, MD), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Falcons meet the Chesapeake Math & IT Academy North Tigers (Laurel, MD) in a Prince George's County 3A/2A/1A challenge, on Monday, September 16. Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
