The Fitch Falcons volleyball squad (Groton, CT), dropped 3-1 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Woodstock Academy Centaurs (Woodstock, CT)

With the win, Woodstock Academy improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Centaurs travel to Plainfield (Central Village, CT) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league battle on Friday, September 13. The Panthers go into the battle with a record of 3-0. Plainfield won 3-2 in their recent league battle against Windham (Willimantic, CT)

The Falcons now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prout for a non-league battle on Friday, September 13. Fitch will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI). The Crusaders record now stands at 3-1.
