The Irondale Knights volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Tartan Titans to 2 in the Knights non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Knights now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Woodbury for a Suburban East outing on Thursday, September 12. Irondale will play a Royals team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to St. Croix Falls (St. Croix Falls, WI). The Royals record now stands at 0-7.

With the loss, Tartan drops to 1-8 on the campaign. The Titans host Hill-Murray (Maplewood, MN) to play the Pioneers in a Metro East outing on Thursday, September 12. The Pioneers come into the outing with a record of 0-12. Hill-Murray lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Highland Park (St. Paul, MN)
